As long as you budget and save I don't see any reason to be too concerned with where disposable income goes. If not airguns it would be something else. Still more ROI than drinking and gambling.

Not even close, and I have plenty, and probably have had more fun then those who have spent that much.

Now what I've spent on dogs vet bills I could've sent 1 of my kids to Harvard for a year or more.

Tuition in major colleges today is $40K at least. Many are closer to $60K. Harvard is over $80K. Then add in $12-15K for room, board, books, booze and broads. As much as I've spent on airguns and such wouldn't send a kid to college for one year.

I drive old civics so I can afford nice Airguns! Just got done fixing up my "new" 21 year old civic, probably 2k all in. If all goes well, I'll get 5+ years out of it! My coworker just dumped 40k on a new Rav4 this week....heck made me feel like buying that .177 HW50 and a .25cal pcp that I’ve been wanting just to make him feel better
My oldest is 8yrs old....hoping to have burned all my AG receipts by the time she's college age?

I hear you Danman! I just put a brand new crate engine in my 17 year old highlander. Ain't no way I'm sinking that kinda money in a new vehicle. I would be reduced to shooting only red ryders or the little cub daisy's, can't have that at all.
