Field Target Homebrew wind indicator

Wanted to move on from a simple piece of yarn to a more sophisticated wind indicator for my FT gun. Put this together from a few items scrounged from the garage (zip tie, small brass nail, 4lbs test monofilament) & a piece of feather from our cats' favorite toy. Don't tell them, I'll deny it.
Not a new idea by any stretch, quite sure I've seen similar rigs on the world wide web a few times, though I don't recollect where.

Some awesome hi-tech flag setups out there, would be cool to have one at home. But can't take them on a course, so probably best to not get used to having that data input.
Feather-on-a-string can't tell you wind speed, just a vague idea, so correlating it to a specific hold off is all art & no science. Better than nothing... at least it will alert you to a shift or sudden breeze as you settle in for the shot (darn 5 minute per lane limit ).
