Others FX no limit scope mounts

I have a set of FX no limit scope mounts and am appalled by the lack of any instructions. I spent hours trying to find what that plunger in the bottom inside of the ring. No one including FX have been helpful.its like my mounts are totally different from any the company made, which I doubt. I found a tiny hole in the bottom of the mount and adjusted this plunger so it wouldn’t stick up in the ring. I installed the scope and everything seems OK, I hope. Am I the only person in the world who would like to know what this plunger is for?

Hi Ed, if I’m understanding you correctly it’s an adjustable stop pin to prevent the scope/ring assembly from moving, some Airguns like spring piston have an appropriate recess(s) for it.
