Others CO2 pistols trigger pull

I have a friend who is recovering from cancer and cannot pull the trigger on his pb pistols due to weakness in his hands. Can anyone tell me if the trigger pull on CO2 pistols is significantly lighter than those on a pb pistol? He wants to get back to shooting and I thought that maybe a CO2 pistol would be good practice. He needs like a 2-3 lb trigger. Any recommendations?

The good old 2240/Crosman Target. If the factory trigger is too much, there are trigger kits/mods available.

I have had <4-year-old kids shoot Diana Chaser CO2 pistols/rifles setups for first time users. Trigger pull is 2lbs range. Seem to be very accurate package out to 30 yards.

Forgot about the Chaser, thanks! Tyrone McLaren (AfricanBudgetAirgunner) told me it's better than the 2240.

Regarding the Crosman 2240 pistol, get appropriate springs from Ace Hardware spring collection. The Crosman adjustment parts from 2300T and 2300S are probably not as light as desired. Easy to get down to 1 pound.
