Old platform but still love the look and with these updates I think they are still very competitive in the power department.

Ahhh I tried, not sure how....just search: Cap Arms. Their sale is on front page of website I believe. It's a pretty good sale! Reg price being $1500 and sale price is $1100 American I believe.

It's quite a shot in the arm for these air rifles indeed. And I believe you can either buy a new gun from CAP, they send it to machine shop, build/tune it and ship it to you or you can send them your own and have the work done to it. They are coming out with the gen 2 versions (haven't seen em in Canada yet as we seem to always be a 1 year or so behind the U.S. ) but this is still better than the 2.0. And in many cases the build improves shot count as well

@Danman The gen II is listed for sale within the link that you posted.

Here’s the part that gets me. Look at the purported energy produced using light gas. Now this has to mean helium. Is nitrogen considered a light gas?

Yeah they brag a little. the light gas is helium. Its like a shot of NOS to the ol Honda that's already turboed..... I'd be afraid TBH the 9mm interests me alot and the other 2 would be outta my league. This puts them close to the Texans in power.
