The O Ring on my Benjamin air tank fill port started leaking. Is there an O Ring in the fitting if so where can I purchase some.

Hey man, the sealing o-ring I would think is actually in the fill whip connector? I just changed mine out a few weeks ago. Thankfully a common size and was in my assorted rando o-ring kits. Spray some soapy water to verify leak is at coupler? Or is it the tank to fitting seal?

The air is coming out the very end of the inlet.

Ohhh that is odd? Maybe someone wiser can chime in on that, I know most pcps run a one way valve, if that is the same style you may have to drain it down, pull fitting and work from the back to get internal one out and replace o-ring, if it's servicable. In any case instead of guessing I'd pull it apart get it out then you have something to size a new one to! Any hydraulic service center should have em.

Two drops silicone and fill it and check again.

Boss....pull that fitting, check the back side. No fixing it unless you do that, there is often a check valve in there and many are serviceable from the back. The o-ring itself is hopefully nothing special. Usually a 'normal' durometer grade.

Great thanks. I pull it apart and found a spring a piston but no O Ring. I installed the smallest o ring I have going to give that a try.

Yes the O Ring did fix it. I was waiting to make sure it would last. I also called Benjamin they told they did not have a part # and would need to sell me the complete head assembly. I’m glad I do not need it!
