The catch 22 is .... Is one gun just a bit above average fps or is one actually low?
Being new maybe just rma the lower powered one in the hopes the replacement matched the one you kept ..
If older maybe find a help on dissemble and clean and lube or seal
Both pistols are brand new, one is noticeably quieter then the other and the pellet seem to push through the target, the other pops a nice clean round hole. They are regulated, so if there is no way to adjust the hammer spring, the reg pressure might be a little different.
Have you tried recording full shot strings and see where each comes off the reg? You’d also see if one is getting more shots at a consistent velocity.
We are shooting them both alot every week lol. The main reason I'd like to increase the velocity is because of the holes it puts in the targets or should say tears the target.Of new you can rma and hope the replacement is better .. or just enjoy them as is ..
What is the chronograph readings for each in a 10 shot string ?
Anyway if new and not happy for some reason I rma . .. I've sent one back to PA 3 times to get one satisfying gun ..lol
I think overseas you can get parts and all maybe to rebuild it but it's not a well used older gun ether . You got 90 days to decide on a rma if bought from PA so I'd grab some pellets and get shooting a lot in that time frame and see what gun ends up best over all .. that " weaker" one may be golden all said and done ..lol
.
Well now that could be the paper type or pellet used . ( For 10m target I'd prefer flathead/ wadcutter) Most times it's the type of paper .We are shooting them both alot every week lol. The main reason I'd like to increase the velocity is because of the holes it puts in the targets or should say tears the target.

Hi there, Eb226! Knowing the velocity the gun is shooting would be very helpful, but if you don't have a chronograph, the best course of action is to get the gun to our warranty service department so it can be gone through properly. If there is an issue, we can get you fixed up. You can either call the number in the manual ( 216-220-1180 ) or shoot an email to tech@airventuri.com and we can get the process started.I have two new Air venturi comp 10 Air pistols, one has less muzzle velocity than the other. Is there a way to adjust the velocity on these pistols. I didn't see anything in the owners manual on it. Thanks for any info.
You guys are great! Much respect for being part of the community!Hi there, Eb226! I splurged and spent $45.00 from Amazon on a cheap Chinese chrony. Does the job just fine!Yes as said you need a chronograph .
Even the small inexpensive china ones do fine . I use a $30 bolt on type ( though I never bolt it on when I use it ..lol)
If your doing any air gunning it's pretty much a must have . Once I thought I could get away from having one and found I was mistaking..
