Field Target A portable target for fellow airgunners

I stole this idea of a portable target from a friend and he stole it from persons unknown. Anyway, it works great and is simple to make.
Components: 5 gallon bucket with lid, i bag of recycled rubber, stick on targets. You can move as desired. If this old new to you I apologize but it might not be to everyone on this site.

This is mine. Everything was free or recycled, including the metal back plate.


When the front gets worn out, I just taped another piece of flat cardboard to it. I always do different printed targets.

I also use replaceable thicker cardboard backing on my traps as well .. helps keep the house wrens out ..lol ..

The white square.. then clip target card in front as needed

Yea, You just cant beat a box with old cloths for a temp target, Also makes for some low noise impacts of pellets Light and portable to.

Barb and I moved 2 years ago and I am still using the old moving blankets in a large box for our movable targets.

Amazon box about a shoe box sized packed tight with old clothes wrapped with duct tape.

My cow panel racks are easy to just stab in ground move them as you want then pull up and load up bad part if needed no traping or backstop

Yep, already got the buckets and lids. Time to grab a bag of rubber chips. Thanks!

That's what I use now. Or packed tight with old shotgun news magazines and the duct tape

Lay the bucket on it's side and shoot through the lid. When the lid gets to shot up to hold the rubber mulch just take the lid off and put a piece of cardboard better the lid and the mulch.
