2025 Extreme Benchrest is coming soon!
In fact, the dates are October 9th to 12th. So there’s just three weeks to go! Here’s an update with the key information for this year’s event…
2025 Extreme Benchrest – Overview
First, EBR will be taking place from October 5-8, 2025. It’s the 14th annual event and both organizers and competitors are gearing-up, ready to go!
EBR features no less than six shooting disciplines. That’s more than for any other major US airgun competition. As follows…
– The headline Extreme Benchrest event, with the finals shot at 100 Yards.
– 50-Yard Benchrest,
– Extreme Field Target
– Extreme Bigbore
– Speed Silhouette
– Steel Scramble (NRL22-style shooting)
As usual, the venue will be the Rio Salado Sportsman’s Club in Mesa AZ.

2025 Extreme Benchrest – Prizes
Again, there’s a huge range of prizes to be won. These include your choice of any Daystate PCP air rifle, AoA Gift Certificates and real, good old-fashioned cash prizes.
I’m told that the total value of the prizes for EBR 2025 is around $70,000.00. WOW!
2025 Extreme Benchrest – Goodie Bag
Then there’s the annual AoA “goodie bag”. Everybody loves it!
All competitors receive one and AoA claims – with some justification – that it’s the best in the industry!

2025 Extreme Benchrest – Raffle
Every year, there’s an outstanding EBR raffle containing a TON of wonderful products that can be won simply by buying a ticket. Oh, and getting lucky, of course!
Latest news is that the total value of items in the 2025 raffle is around $70,000. And it may grow beyond that before the event…
2025 Extreme Benchrest – Waiting List
EBR 2025 is full. It was almost from the day registration opened!
But…
There is a Waiting List for available shooting spots. If and when a competitor unavoidably drops out – it does happen – Extreme Benchrest staff contact those on the waiting list. So if you’re on the waiting list, you still do have a chance…
If you want to be added to the waiting list, email info@extremebenchrest.com. There’s a small chance you might still get lucky.
2025 Extreme Benchrest – Spectators
If you want to attend EBR 2025, you’ll be very welcome!
It’s free to be a spectator and you can watch as much of the shooting as you like. There’s also the chance to meet industry personalities and top shooters, visit the trade tables and generally have a great time learning about airguns.
You can even attend the two evening events with food and entertainment: all you need to do is buy a ticket for the appropriate when you are there.
2025 Extreme Benchrest – New Products
As an added attraction, every year, there are some new airgun products to be seen at Extreme Benchrest.
Some are developments of existing products. Others are complete new models that have not been seen in the US before. Some appear in stealth mode”, like the Daystate Blackwolf in 2024, others are displayed in full view. Either way, there’s pretty-well always a surprise!
If you’re there, you will see them if you keep your eyes open. If not, Hard Air Magazine will bring you the stories as we get them.
