Just didn’t shoot it that much.. 400ftlbs in the areas I shoot was way more than I need these days. I only varmint hunt anymore. And I have another .457 cal that never gets shot.
Just looking at the specs at AOA it looks like the bush pig shows 500ftlbs and the carbine shows 400
Not sure those...
Yea, it’s the same as the Bushbuck carbine(other then safety and stock) That’s what Kip at AOA was telling me. He come out with the carbine after the full length rifle then they come up with the Bush pig.. the shorter barrel is so arrows could be shot.
Look up Tristan under Atlas airguns he’s...
Yup, for me if I had to pick just one right this minute it would be the ghost HP with .177 and .30 barrels. Have it now..
shoots great in both calibers. Here is 8 shots in .30 cal with the hades. Ran up to AOA the other day picked up the .30 barrel kit, 700cc bottle came home swapped barrel...
Yea, I would totally get the rattler under those circumstances(and have my rattlers for those reasons)I only use the L2 for in the Mesquite brush and for coyotes, I would not use it for anything bigger than coyote. 50-60 yard max shots on dogs..
I have both the .30 and .357 in Rattler.. the L2 is a nice change when it comes to the overall weight but you will be pretty limited on what it will function with as far as ammo IMO..but it is quite with the behemoth.
So depending on the job at hand I have a use for discrete, fits in a backpack...
Numbers out of my 450mm barrel with the hades and the raptor reg
Reg/FPS/Ftlbs
Max slug length is going to be .429 so you’re limited there. I found the Hades cycled fine in pellets but most don’t. Slugs are loose
These NSA are about max length your going to get in the mag
I’m pretty limited on how much air I can carry at one time out on my desert safari’s here in AZ.
So,I went with the 700cc and this 30cuft on my wheelchair setup.
Barrel and bottle swap today on my .177 Ghost HP
Went to .30cal and 700cc
Numbers on the chronograph look pretty good. We’ll see what she does on paper tomorrow.
