This whole video is excellent info. The three new Barras names seem to have gotten mixed up. It looks to me like the AR15, the 270z, and the Max1 (I think that's what I saw in the video). He was saying 300z and 350z at different points but I did not see that on the guns themselves. The last Barra he showed, whatever it ends up being called, is going to be the one that interests people the most I think. Looks powerful, but not for me.

Umarex had a boatload of interesting stuff too.

Man are they partially owned by Nissan or something?....im recognizing some very similar model names.

They didn't break them down by models. They told me that the 250z was the basis for a family/platform. They told me that they had addressed the picatinny rail issue with the 250z already and that I could mention that, because they didn' think everyone knew that was already remedied. They told me about the folding stock, tactical stock, wooden stock and that .30 was being added along with some power options. The flimsy stock would not be an issue. I was also told that they were reaching above the entry/budget level. My words not theirs. I did hint that the aftermarket stocks for the 250z were probably too late to the game lol. I think they were right in that, it might have been worth waiting for. I am interested if there are any accessories for the 250z that have not been mentioned, as I don't see something mentioned yet, that was significant in my mind. I definitely see another Barra in my future.

I would not rule it out either. I still like how SPA's air over barrel design works, over the FX designed system, it's way simpler, which I like.

I like them all really. The challenge going forward is to figure out what to spend my time on, more than anything else.

I’m at the point where I’m trying not to keep buying airguns. I tend to get into the “buy them to collect them mode”. It’s genetic I’m sure. Four years ago I sold thirty powder burners after my neck surgery. I realized that when I sold them, a quarter of them had never been fired. I don’t want to get the same way with airguns lol (on a smaller scale). I’m realizing that I’m getting airgun rich, but scope poor. But, I guess it’s part of what keeps it interesting.

Exactly the same as you! I few years ago I sold the majority of my firearms in favor of continuing with air rifles.

I've always said that I won't/don't collect rifles and only buy/own what I have use for. For decades I've lived by that but as of the last couple years my air rifle ownership has grown above what I really 'NEED'. And now..., I know I'll have to own the 270z!

A lot of questions, some of which were mentioned by @Pumacarl. Is it the 350z or the MAX-1? In my opinion the 279z looks more like a hunter than a bench gun. I’m interested in the 350z/MAX-1, how heavy? Any possibility of caliber swaps? I can’t wait to find out.

I would say the 350z is the Snowpeak Max 2 not the Max 1. Max 2 is the bottle version of the Max 1.

My Max 1 with big scope and flashlight weighs in at almost exactly 12lbs.

I do like the Max 1 but the 350Z/Max2 with the bottle would be my choice.

Yeah, the more I see this, the nicer that 270 is looking.

If I hadn't traded for an sl30, id for sure be on the market for one, or a 9.

I will say though, with a .7l bottle, and shot time with it, I am a huge fan of the carbon bottle for shot count. Makes getting in trigger time much nicer.

Having qd, and big airs for the 250z, I won't be buying anything except big airs for the z. The fit and finish is the chefs kiss. It will be interesting to see what they do as far as magazine count for these future generations.

I'm guessing it is just a mock up or prototype for the show.
