Since Pinty customer service refuses to reply to my messages concerning my Pup being delivered with a bad magazine, I contacted Milton, who makes and sells excellent Notos and other magazines on fleabay. He goes by 1dumpster. I would be surprised if many of you don't have his mags already. I have purchased several Notos, and Beeman Raider .25 cal mags from him, and they all work perfect. I shipped him my bad magazine this morning so he can get all correct deminsions , so hopefully in a week, give or take, A new source of great Pup mags will be available.

I've been trying to contact and get a clear answer from Pinty customer service. I purchased a Pinty Thumper last week but received an email from their customer service saying they had only 1 Thumper left in the warehouse but unfortunately it was damaged. They offered a Pinty Striker in lieu of the Thumper and I agreed but I wanted it in .25 Cal. I then received another email that seems to indicate they shipped a .22 Cal! I can't get a straight answer from their customer service people, phone or multiple emails! Pinty needs to get their act together!

The only way I ever found to get them was by email. They usually always answered that night, after 7pm central time, or on Monday after the weekend. I'm afraid a lot gets lost in Chinese translation.

Due to translations, definitely never get straight answers. But have had pretty good turnaround time typically. Sorry to hear they are giving you the runaround.

It's frustrating and depressing to deal with an overseas clerk who most likely doesn't even know anything about what they're selling. Yes, they provided an USPS Tracking number, looks like they ship out of Ontario CA, about 50 miles from my house. But my package hasn't moved in over a day. I'm hoping they send the .25 Cal Striker, not the .22 one. This negative experience has soured me on doing business with them again. Too bad because it looks like a lot of gun for the money.

(949) 570-8736 and (949) 377-2292 are the only numbers I could find for Pinty customer service. If you know of any others please let me know. I have their customer service email, not that anything has helped establish a clear line of communication. Frustrating.

They definitely do not know anything about their products. I have received wrong information from them, and delay while they sent me a video from actual "techs" in China doing work so that could do it myself on the pup (Thumper).

Well, they did ship the .22 Cal Pinty Striker instead of my requested, multiple times, .25 Cal Striker! USPS Tracking indicates the .22 is arriving today and I will refuse delivery so it's returned to Pinty. The correct .25 Cal should be here tomorrow or Saturday per USPS. Buying an airgun shouldn't be this difficult! I hope the .25 Cal Striker works perfectly. It reminds me of the laminated Minelli stock Diana Skyhawk I purchased from AofA a few years ago, it's an amazing gun!

I tired locating him on eBay with no success
Will you please post a link to his site, or to one of his auctions @JimT66
Thanks
Ed

Well, ebay is not allowing me to pull him up. He may not be on anymore. But, send Troy Simonton a message! I just bought several new ones from him last week, and he is finalizing the .25 cal mag as well now. Troy@bigairprecision.com
Also, Angel at Redcornoutdoors on eBay and youtube, is making excellent new mags for the .22, and I am sure he will have the .25 cal. Out in a week or so as well.

Great information! I'll contact him if and when I receive my Striker. Fingers crossed 🤞 Thanks Jim

Well, I received my Pinty Striker on Monday afternoon. I wish they would have packed the factory box, in a shipping box like every other airgun company on the planet! Received it with damaged corners and the factory box was clear taped completely around all the box edge openings. Most of us save factory boxes, especially well made ones like this once was! Disgusted. Due to my schedule I haven't had time to inspect or shoot my Striker. I hope it lives up to the reviews I've seen on its stable mate, the Thumper. Something tells me it's gonna have issues.

Just watched Hank on Indiana Airguns plink with his, and has a wonky trigger he was talking about. 😔 I hope it works out okay. Also, apparently they do not have promised threaded adapter for moderator. Supposed to ship out to customers once they get them in.

My email from Pinty said mid January for the adaptor, or a 25% off coupon on any next purchase. Even though I bought another one from C88machining, I went with the factory adaptor.

For the most part I think their customer service is good. The problem is they have to wait on things from China, including missing parts. 😕
Exactly. They kinda at home plant offices mercy. Who else though will send you a new rifle if you get a problematic one, without having to jump through every hoop they can think of?

Let's agree to disagree on this one Papa. Missing or damaged parts should be in abundance here in the states especially considering these aren't "New" guns by any means, just rebranded Snowpeak manufactured airguns. Technical knowledge should also be readily available, not this "I gotta wait for it from China song and dance." If Pinty wants to play in the big leagues here then they gotta step up their game, not just talk a big one, talk is old and cheap.
