Yea bluetooth is on and I've checked the correct chrony. It just bounces around on the FX screen and wont ever say it's found. I don't want to send it back i really need this thing as my cheap chinese one finally quit. So it's during the search it never locks to it.

Mine does that occasionally. I just pretend it isnt searching and hit the "new string" button.
Also, you did not upgrade the firmware?
But you might just give UA a call. They are the FX "experts"

No i definitely did not upgrade the firmware. When i get home i have a different phone I'm gonna try it with. UA is my next call tomorrow if i cant get it to work.
I'll try the new string tip if it doesnt connect when i get home. I heard about not upgrading the firmware from other members here when i purchased warning it would be rendered useless.

Wouldn't connect to my Tcl smartphone but i had an old Nokia phone i hooked up to wifi and got the FX app off the play store and it works just fine on it! So now I've got an old out of service phone dedicated to my new FX chronograph!
That actually sounds like a better set up.
Only thing missing on this archery version is the updates for the latest pellets or slugs so you don't have to enter each one manually. I'll gripe all day for $49.00! I really love it guys, thanks for posting about it so we could pick one up while on sale!

And then the *issues* crop up.
Like clearly stating on the ad page "FFL is not required " and then buried down in the description text "FFL required"
Then standing on that as your defense for the extra I have to pay for an FFL transfer of a pellet gun.
Of course the offer to cancel was made at that point. Pointing out the low price I paid as justification to absolve them of their error.
Unfortunately for the seller, I found a gentleman that is willing to do the transfer as a favor.

When did they switch to Plastic? Mine are all metal.
They just popped up on pyrimd air one day.
They work, but they switch slowly...when you cock the rifle...it moves slow to position. So it's easy to not load a pellet. I've taken one apart already. I'll post it up when I get home. Don't buy them.

My latest order of pellets and slugs arrived today. My last two or three orders have been from DonnyFl. I ordered these two days ago. They shipped it 2nd day UPS. My last orders from them came the next day. Awesome service. They come packaged really well. This package was a white plastic corrugated outer box with the tins packed in foam and separated by cardboard and packing paper. This is the second order packed like this. My previous order was tightly packed with rolled up bubble envelopes and foam. I haven’t received a damaged tin from them yet.

Many people don't know it but an "Avenger" mag will work as well. You just need to load it on the other side.
