Hi There.
I’m Ged Watson.
I’ve just within the last couple of weeks Joined Daystate/BRK. ASP team. I am based in the UK owning the BRK Ghost (Silver)
Midnight Blue Redwolf and Alpha Wolf.
The all new Daystate Blackwolf laminate bottle version. And the BRK Pathfinder OG version.
I enjoy Benchrest and pest control.
The team consists of many top air gunners from around the world.
AOA do an absolutely sterling job of providing many of you guys with Daystate BRK products.
Daystate/BRK are one of the top manufacturers in the world, manufacturing world class leading Air Rifles.
I’d love to hear your guys thoughts, on any of the Daystate/BRK range of air rifles.

Congratulations on becoming an Daystate/BRK ASP team member… you are lucky to have access to such fine PCPs… I am a known fan of the brand through field useage. Am not a competitor, mostly plinking and pesting and some target shooting to confirm zeros, accuracy, etc. I’ve owned five different BRKs. An unregulated Compatto my first, Bantam Sniper HR, Atomic XR, Pathfinder XR and finally a Ghost XR. They all have been stellar performers for me. That said, if I had to choose ? The Atomic XR simply gets it done for me sub 50 yards, simply a stellar lil PCP, the Pathfinder would be a close second… I’ve posted plenty of of my pesting endeavors and experiences. A search will reveal my past eloquence on the BRKs…

Many thanks for your kind reply.
I love the Ghost such a robust air rifle that does the job, whereas the Pathfinder is a sweet little rifle that’s ideal for barn work and open area pest control.
But the Alpha, Blackwolf, Redwolf really do squeeze out those pellets with precision when bench resting.
I own all my rifles and never had an issue with any of them.
The Redwolf in itself is a timeless Air rifle but I do like the new Blackwolf too. The Alpha is a special edition that’s kept in its case with the occasional outing.
Just a cut above anything else that I have shot with.

Hi Ged! Good to hear from a team shooter. I’m a big brk fan have 3 ghosts and a pathfinder along with a pair of reveres. I shoot primarily field target and bench but would be interested to know if you can get some info on the ghost slug barrels because here in the states it seems to be impossible to get a straight answer. Thanks for any help and good shooting.

Hello and welcome to Ham! I second, third, and fourth the slug barrel (esp .22) situation! What on earth is going on with them? There is NOTHING out there on the .22 Ghost slug barrel. At all. My dealer here is in the dark mostly too. Nothing on the Brk facebook group (other than posts saying they are avaliable lol) There was an inkling of one on a recent video by Matt Manning, I believe showing a .22 Ghost slug group he got on paper while talking about the Blackwolf and some dude on AGN that got a bad .22 slug barrel that ended up being no good at shooting slugs.
Are you shooting Sub12 only, or high power as well?

Hello and welcome, I would buy a slug barrel for my ghost in a heart beat, I can't understand why companies are leaving money on the table by not making a slug for a proven platform like the ghost.

I find my BRK and Daystate products to be a cut above all my other airguns. I have a Commander XR, a Pathfinder XR, and Atomic XR, a Ghost Blaze with a FORM stock and all barrel options, i own three Redwolfs, and I just finished setting up a Blackwolf... great gun! I also owned but sold a Deltawolf as ergonomically it didn't work out for me.
