Thank you for setting me straight. I just may settle in.Noo, not just high end! Bunch of us here have Break barrels, pumpers, C02, and "1st" entry level pcp rifles! You gotta start somewhere in air guns, and 99 outta 100 is not with the high or mid level cost wise PCP's.
Not sure, but I believe that one of our members has “PCP envy” probably why he talks disparagingly about them all the timeIs this the airgun equivalent of "penis envy?"
I'm already sucked into the money pit we call air guns. Hi, My name is Bill and I have a problem. LOL Besides the three break barrels I mentioned, I actually started 4 years ago. First a Diana Chaser co2 pistol bnd 6 months later I got the Diana Chaser rifle kit. Spent a crapload on co2 cartridges and another boat load on pellets the pellets did not go to waste because I needed something more powerful. Unfortunately I only have a 10 yard shooting range in my basement. Air gunnining is my cold month hobby.Warm months , my passion fly fishing.Hello and welcome to HAM.

Amazon slugs…. My advice…. Stay away. I didn’t expect match grade, just something to plink with in the Escape. But this is just sorry. It wasn’t my delivery guy, he walked them up to the porch and placed them respectably on my table. Thankfully the second tin didn’t bust open as they were two different grains.I know what you mean about Amazon and pellets. Had a few incidences my self, especially when the manufacturer sells the tin with out packaging. When I first started with air guns they were co2. One of my co2 cartridge orders was for 4 off brand 50 count from Amazon. When I opened the shipping box, two of the co2 boxes busted open. 100 loose cartridges all over the shipping box.View attachment 10993View attachment 10994View attachment 10995View attachment 10996Amazon slugs…. Yeah, from here on I’ll stick to batch orders from airgun shops. Utah, Arizona, The Pellet Shop, etc. mainly I was running low, planning on shooting Monday, and short on time. 2 day shipping, we’ll give them a shot… Now I know for sure and don’t just suspect.I know what you mean about Amazon and pellets. I know what you mean about passions. I had to retire again so that I had time for Airguns, Archery, axe throwing, bowling, fishing, golf, motorcycles, paddling, powder burners, pickleball, and whatever else that comes up. .you are in the right place, good folks here. The same experience I've had....only time I can order pellets and not have them come in damaged is when they're ordered from an airgun specialty store. Others don't package them adequately to eliminate shipping damage.View attachment 10993View attachment 10994View attachment 10995View attachment 10996Amazon slugs…. My advice…. Stay away. The maple mags are great. There is another one as well. The name won't stick in my mind. He is making hi cap mags as well now, and nit just for the Notos. I have 6,7 maybe....anyway, they both so far above factory mags there is no comparison. Finally received my Maple mags for my Notos...no more having to leave a loaded mag in the gun for fear of having a damaging jam from trying to remove it. Also, no more clipped pellets due to imperfect alignment. Should've ordered much earlier.
Someone got quite the haul!PA order. Probably won’t see it till mid February, back ordered two items.
