Others Has AGN been really hijacked by RAW and Admin of AGN !!

Just today someone asked about who makes plenum for RAW. In response, I shared some pics of the Plenums that I have made and a couple which other tuners have made.

Just received the warning from Admin that I attempted to hijack the post and sell my products and services. My post has been deleted and I am warned that if I did it again, I shall be blocked.

I am surprised that when some member asks about who makes the plenum, then how can my reply be high jacking the whole thread.

Just want to share with you that AGN is no more as friendly as it had been.

I was banned from AGN when it first started up, I said my Mutant could out shoot a Impact, I was Iride back then ,

I do sometimes sell some improved parts but that is just my hobby. Whatever I improve in my guns, I offer to others too.

Since I live in Pakistan, it is not practically possible to do it on large scale.

Further I am a professional of Finance and Audit. I don't get much time for these things. I take all this as my hobby when I get some time.

I got scammed by an advertiser on AGN by a so-called company that sold a monopod. My credit card was charged, but no product and my many attempts to contact them were unanswered. I reported it to the moderator and was told that no action could be taken unless I had an invoice. How many times have you bought stuff on the web without an invoice.

“Airgun forum “ but I was a part of two other forums and my experience is that when the moderator(s) constantly behave in an omnipotent manner, it’s time to close your account and move on.

Ya, that agn administrator I thinks name is " Richard" . Kinda like a dumbierat if your not under there agenda or ideas your just asking to be reprimanded or canceled ..lol.... Bias forum management....

I don't like it there because they trash budget brands like AEA but if you say anything negative about FX you will get the boot. I got the impression that admin has a deal with FX. I think all brands have their good and bad things but if it gets you shooting and having fun then it is awesome.

It is the same on almost all the forums which depend on manufacturers to either fund them or supply test equipment. The manufacturers can do or say anything they want and if you point out that what they said was rubbish, and they should know better, then your post will be deleted for fear of upsetting them.

It is a pity as a lot of people think you can trust what is said on forums, but on some it is little better than YouTube.

You know .. it a discussion place.. as long as your discussion is online with the administration or mods ..

Step on a toe and out you go otherwise..

They try to talk up something ( promo reviews) or brag on there junk but if you point out something not so great or a shortcoming , or a negative points or view man your in there bullseye for punishment . Like GTA them good buddies will gang up on a guy that stepped on ones toes or just rubbed them wrong .. ( the member moderators)

Then like if it a paying sponcer item ...lol.. your done for ..lol take it from me I can bring out something's true colors. And cut something to the bone ... Ya ..

There are a handful of people who make plenums for the Raw Hm1000x to include several small machine shops in the Usa. Aaron hipp at ATS tuners and Raw themselfs now make one.

When you say “they”, do you mean the “moderators” “trasihing” brands like AEA? Or, is it the “forum users” doing the bashing/trashing? AGN is a good place to exchange ideas… What is the purpose of this post? To pile on AGN? Both sites are great assets to our community… I love my BRKs, but fully acknowledge there is a plethora of good airguns out there, across all price points… The OP may have a valid point. But to those piling on? If you don’t like it there? Simply voice your complaints to the moderator as the OP did. Or, simply stop participating there?

The way he responded seems rather harsh to me. He should have an idea of who you are by now. Regardless, his house his rules. I would suggest that you put it past you and if you want to help someone out with a part that they ask about stick to the PM system and don't do it on the public thread. Everyone knows that you are the RAW guy at this point so you will likely get a response. AGN does seem to have become a sponser-driven machine, that is why this forum is a breath of fresh air, fresh hard air.

@Mubhaur First off, aren't you in India or Pakistan? Whose toes are you going to step on?I mean how many RAW owners here are ordering from way over there when there are folks producing similar products within the same country? Hell, the guns are made in Tennessee to my understanding. You post regularly enough that we know what you're about. I've seen some of your videos and read some of your posts and you don't try to weasel advertisements for your services in your presentation of info that I've noticed. As far as I can tell, you're pretty straight forward and you seem humble. This is disheartening to read. Thanks for sharing part of your experience with us.

I noticed they would allow certain complaints about FX, then everyone would pile upon the OP of the thread doing so. It's a lot better here
