They are moving old inventory to make way for new. He said they are the newer style with the biathlon cocking lever and barrel without the massive shroud. They are lower priced than their used versions.

Correct. I spoke to them on the phone. It is the new model with the biathlon cocking lever and not the huge moderator.

Side note… they have added some more “open box” items this week as well, below normal MSRP pricing on some FX products as well.
