There many are tuning accessories coming for existing EVOLs, these plenum extenders are just the start! If you are operating at the top of power range, these extenders will offer some pleasant performance advantages when used correctly. For example: adding the 27 Cc extender to a 30 cal will yield ~15fps with no loss of shot count.

These will be available to purchase from your favorite dealer or on our website in about two weeks.

So theoretically could a person install multiple extensions stacked for a huge plenum?
This is an internal plenum like huma air does with their xl plenum. The more plenum, the less tube left for air capacity. You would get diminishing returns after the initial install methinks. I’m sure Tom put a lot of research into size to make sure shot count didn’t suffer.

Very interesting, I can't wait to see all the numbers crunched for this! Although I am really happy with my performance right now, it wouldn't take too much for me to try these out. Nice work Tom!
Especially with how easy they are to work on!

This is pretty cool, Definitely would like to grab a few of them to just test and tune, never have I enjoyed tuning an air rifle , the two evols are a first for me.

Yeah, I have been thinking on this the past couple of days and I am definitely going to get the 27cc. Nothing to lose, and it might make the box of 47.2gr NSA's that I have into something shootable again, and not just a paperweight.
Marc , I am really curious to how your 30 group at long range (~100 yards or greater) with the hybrids?

I may possibly be gaining access to a piece of property with 175 yards clean and clear and I intend to use all 175 lmao

Kevin, my bench isn't setup for a 100y and I rarely do groups at that distance because I have determined, over the years, that unless there is zero wind (a rarity), you are checking your own skill more at reading the wind, mirage, atmospheric conditions, than determining the actual accuracy of the gun. What I do is the 52y that I have permanently setup and then shoot spinners at 155y, without a bench, in the standing or kneeling position, just resting the fore end, on my hand or a bag (this is how I shoot 90% of the time.) Before the Paradigm it was 125y, but the .30 was smacking them so violently I felt sorry for them! It's not a precise method but tells me if my cant is correct and if Strelok matches what I am doing. If you shoot early morning or early evening with the sun at your back, it is very easy to watch bullets fly, even from a .22lr at a 100y or more. Have fun with your 175y, long range is a hoot!

IMO smacking spinners is a fine method! In PRS at NAC thats all we did. Granted only out to 100y. I really think I am going to have to COPY YOU and grab myself a walnut .30 :)

Yes, you lose reservoir capacity and in many cases you will lose count count. These extensions are intended for cases where the power levels exceed the efficiency threshold of standard plenum.
Mostly aimed at 30 caliber above the 80 fpe. mark. 22 caliber will not benefit except in extreme cases above 60 fpe.

This is a EVOL 30 HPS with an 18" barrel during field testing. It is shooting 56 gn ZAN pellets at 943 fps with a shot count of 26. It uses the 42cc extension. Efficiency is king!

Tom what kind of range are you guys seeing shooting the 56br out of the 18" evol? I heard when the tune is on point these pellets fly quite far.
