Others Zelos build update

The tube though not pretty does work well for keeping it a lower profile. But I do perfur a bottle for shot count myself. C88 machining makes a darn good one at a fantastic price point
Beautiful gun! Do you ever worry that the bottle mounted pic rail is no buenos for putting pressure on the adapter or seals? I was kind of worried so i made my own & mounted to the stock trigger guard.

I bought Alien airgun bottle adapter for dual reg from Wayne. I use a 700cc carbon fiber bottle and a 3000 psi regulator on the bottle so i can fill up to 4300 psi for maximum shot count on my 30 caliber build. The rifle just gets heavier with every mod! Lol. Did you ever come up with the drop in trigger you were working on a while back? I haven't heard you mention it in a while.

How did you do it?
I bought a piece of raw picatiny and drilled an extra hole in one end and ran some small bolts through the slot in the factory trigger guard. Sized the bolts and the holes to effectively eliminate the possibility of side to side movement and…bob’s yer uncle! I just used off the shelf stuff but if you could source some bolts with heads that locked into the slot and lowered the profile it would look more sanitary.

Oh man! You must be the guy from Kansas i saw in a video!? Your dual mag looks sweet. Any plans to make a longer trigger guard pic rail?
I remember taking a mental note about you but I don't recall what product was talked about.

Yes I'm in Kansas. Video!? That would be news to me. I hope they got my good side 😆.

I have 3 designs that are currently in process that mount on that Pic rail. They all have a full length arca rail, and two of them have Mlok slots on 3 sides. One is a mini which just covers the lower pic rail with an arca rail. Then I have a compact that goes about half way up a 500cc bottle on the zelos, and finally the extended rail covers the full length of a 500cc bottle. I designed the trigger guards so they are modular and guys could build out their rifle the way they wanted.

Please consider a rail for the tube version. I get 60 shots per fill with the tube and my compressor doesn't have to work as long to refill it. So I plan to stick with the tube. A means for getting the bipod off the tube and closer to the muzzle however is still very desirable. Certainly others would be interested as well.

I bought the reg and adapter and 700cc bottle from alien but you have to extend the barrel. Changed to 500cc bottle, reg set 40 bar above zelos reg to reduce hammer slam, basic impact settings. I have the impact m3 now and don't shoot the others, even have a galahad, slowly selling all but the fx, really is a different world airgun. I got the fx from ebay for $950 in immaculate shape.

Got a question? Do you have about the same amount of invested as an impact now? Don’t own an impact! Don’t like the mag sticking in the face being left handed! But do own a Panthera and dynamic because the mag is in front of the face.
The base rifle is like 500 to 600 barrel kits are or were around 250, plenum 50 other the other stuff is none sence. For 900 you can build a worthy rifle for sure
