Believe it or not, I only own the 1 .177. And maybe 3 or 4 cans of pellets for it. They all full, minus 5 or 6 from 1 box. 22 and 25 though, that's a whole 'nother story.Have a full ammo can per caliber... although 177 is a bit light, and someone keeps using my 22.
Wife keeps hinting at me to get one of the barn sheds, the kind that these places deliver and sell or rent...I just dont know how secure that would be.
Safety is a primary concern for me as well. My shed is from Costco and It is well anchored in concrete. The hinges on the doors are fitted iinto steel backing plates so that they cannot be removed easily by prying. I rather doubt that anyone is aware that this shed holds my arms and not my gardening tools. We live in a seniors, gated community far from the nearest population center in the high desert of Southern California. We feel safe and secure, we generally only lock our home's doors at night or if we're going into town for the day. Orv.
I'd be really interested in reading the results of your tests. I haven't seen a report of someone actually doing similar testing, and adding one baffle at a time yet. That would be very informative. Come to think of it, suppressor testing has really been down lately since all the forums clamped down on what we can talk about. It seems that most don't even talk about what thet are allowed to talk about. It's hard to keep track, I guess.
Yeah that and those harmonic barrel tuners!? Whoever is selling them makes a quick video on how they work and then.... crickets....do they work? Has anyone tried one? Very curious! Stock barrel vs silencer vs barrel band, vs tensioner vs weighted 'tuner' showdown!!

My idea is to have 1 dedicated to ft , 1 to be dedicated to pellets and 100 yds for hp ft and the 3rd to be a floater between pellets and 177 slugs. I have 22 , 25 or 30 23” barrels and 177 28” barrel for the third. Haven’t decided 25or 30 for the hp ft gun yet

You should have an old rusty break barrel handy, for people who deserve it, too.lol
PJ from Wisconsin airgunner did a you tube video on it. I'd be happy to post the targets when I get done. I'm thinking about doing it with my Red Wolf as well. It has a QD system so swapping would be easy.
I hope you get a good one! Mine shoots like a laser at 25 yards. Dime size groups all day. I got lucky and got a good barrel. Magazines fit tight in mine and don't like to rotate to fire. I put a Westhunter Optic scope on it and am sanding down the flat side of the magazines to fix this mag rotation problem over the weekend. What a great shooting cheap chinese rifle!
Interesting, first magazine issue I've heard. Although I think I also remember you saying Avenger mags were 50/50 in it? My only complaint with my rifle, other than how many tins of pellets its eaten, is the fill probe. It fits very, very, very tight into quick-connects.
