Finally took it apart and polished with 2000 grit sandpaper and 3 in one oil. It's much better now but still doesn't perform as well as the first one I got from Pyramid. I replaced the trigger adjustment screw with a stainless one with a round ball and spring and that took out more creep. It's more annoying than anything but I can still put 15 shots from the Maple mega mags in the same hole at 25 yards standing and shooting off of a pillow on top of my bbq smoker. Best bird pesting gun ever. Thanks for the tips brother!Dogowski - I concur with what Pnwairgunner said. I haven't got around to polishing the hammer yet, but it should help smooth the hammer release if you polish the contact area of the hammer/sear interface.
