Marauder Salvation in my dotage

I have shot competitively for decades with military battle rifles and smallbore position guns, but one naturally ages out of those games, and I at 83 was well on my way down that path until salvation appeared in the form of our range director... who suddenly changed our indoor program to air only, and then built us a Field Target Range on his private land! Hallelujah! Airguns are easy on aging bodies and I instantly became addicted! So much so that I decided to charge me up a $1500 rifle! But then I saw myself in the mirror, and sanity returned! I'll shoot my trusty Mrod... won't buy any green bananas, either!

It's great to see your still actively shooting to stay sharp! I went from powder burners to pcp airguns for the most part. Now i shoot mostly airguns now. 500 to 1000 rounds a week in many calibers. Yes, i am addicted!

Thanks, Mike! It's truly a joy as long as I quit thinking of score and concentrate more about making one more shot the best I possibly can!
