Met Doug Rogers at the gate at 8am to set up the practice range and people rolled in after. Finally got rid of the rain we have had the two previous months. The day started out at about 65, and we finished at 84 degrees, breezy 10 to 15 mph winds shifting from SE to SW all day with an occasional lull. We had 13 shooters, with 4 of the Crosman guys showing. With a somewhat difficult course, 17 targets past 40 yards, with a couple of 56 and 57 yarders thrown in for fun, the Troyer was 34. Lane 12 had a target on a 5ft pole between the mowed lanes, with the grass so high, the Open and WTF shooters could barely see it, especially ranging, but still managed to knock it down. A lot of interesting comments on that one 
. Top shooter of the day was Rich Sarama with a 50, top 3 shooters in Hunter PCP were separated by a point, great shooting. Next month’s shoot will be in the woods on July 26.
