Rochester Brooks Field Target, September 19 results

The morning had a Fall chill when I arrived at the club this morning, I had the practice range half set up when Greg and Pat Shirhall arrived, before we headed to the woods. Our new shooter Aaron was back with his Armada, plus 3 gentlemen showed to spectate, hopefully they will be back to shoot, which looks promising. The day started in the mid 50s, finishing around 64, very light breeze from 3 to 5 mph, with nothing in the woods, although Doug Rogers noticed some shots to the left of the kill zone on lane 1. Speaking of which,Doug had a high score of 46. We had the top 3 shooters in Hunter class at 1 point apart, showing how competitive that class is. Greg Shirhall pulled out his Air Arms EV2, to try some Open shooting with respectable results, taking 2nd place. Doug and I set up a course with a 34.7 Troyer, with a 1/2” target at 24 yards, with a 48 Troyer rating, being the toughest shot. Next month, to close out the season, we are recreating the original Crosman shoot, with all full size kill zones. Results are as follows:
