Jason Bennett won both the Sportsman PRS and 100yd benchrest competitions at RMAC 2026. It’s pretty amazing considering that it was his first major competition and he started competitive shooting at the Utah Airguns weeknight league two months ago. This is what he used for benchrest:
“I am shooting the FX Dynamic MKII in .30 cal with the Vector Optics Continental 6-36x56 scope on top. I am also using the Vector Optics digital level. I am shooting the AEA 50.5 gn pellets around 942 FPS. “
I asked him which liner he was using for benchrest and he stated that he was using the pellet liner as I suspected. I’m not sure if he used this for the PRS, I thought I heard him say he has a Panthera MKII for PRS.
He has a YouTube channel. I don’t know him, but he comes across as a really nice guy.
