i can understand being disorganized when it comes to starting a new project, and working out the bugs
new ownership, new models, problems with importing and customs,
I have had an unusal number of problems with my guns, BUT in no case has Pinty ,Kevin,or the staff not tried to go out of their way to make things right with me.
I worked trade shows for years and have said, If I sold $100.00 dollar bills for $20.00-someone would want to know why they couldnt get it for $14.95
you cant satisfy everyone no matter how hard we try, just have a little patience and work with them.
yes it has taken longer than I would like, but Pinty has been here at every turn to assist me..
maybe 80 years has mellowed me and made me see things with different eyes, just give them a chance
