Dunno, but our HAM review showed it working best with slugs in .25 caliber.

That's a great question, that I have not heard anyone answer anywhere. Its all been about the .25 and the .22. Like Mr.Archer said, the .25 shoots slugs better than pellets. And the JTS pellets outta it for sure ain't no slouch. I know what little I have gotten to shoot mine while my house is being rebuilt, it absolutely stacks the H&N 30 grain slugs, and the JTS .44 grainers.

Going back to the original post, I think there must be a misunderstanding somewhere. I have never heard of any warranty for any pellet-firing airgun that would be invalidated simply by firing slugs. Not shoot so well, maybe, but voiding the warranty, no.

There's no indication on the Pyramyd or JTS web sites that says the Airstryke Magnum MUST be used with pellets only - at least so far as I can see. So there's no warranty issue here, in my understanding.

Again, I'm sure there must be a misunderstanding...
