Marauder I may be crazy but

Today I took the marauder gen 3 to a new high, 1900 or 2000 psl and the hammer spring is 2 and 1/4 or 3 an 1/4 turns I don't remember. So that POS chronograph I bought is saying mid 960s 963,964,965 it stayed right in there. And it is shooting JSB 18.13s on top of each other at 50 yards. I'm working on 75 yards but I ain't there yet, it's close but no cigar.

Got up this morning got a cup of jo turn on the TV and Airgun Detectives has a new vid. on the marauder gen.3. He shoots some JTS 28.24gr. slugs and did pretty good with them. He had the gun turned up around 2200psi. Looks like I'm going to be going up some more on mine.

I’ve settled on a tad over 2000psi. I’m shooting mostly AEA 21.9gr pellets at 920-950fps It shoots almost anything I feed it well. I’ve been up to 2400psi and turned it back down, I felt the gain wasn’t worth the wasted air. But, everyone’s rifle is going to be different. Tyler has done a good video. The max velocity I’ve hit is 999fps. Didn’t try anymore after that.

I'm shooting around 1800 with JSB 18.13, killing paper plates like crazy at 50 and 75 yards. That gun is just what I thought it would be, fun to bench and crow shoot.
