I had a curious thought today, so wth? Right? I tried the JSB exact Heavy in 10.3 in my .177 HW50S today. Accuracy was what I expected with iron sights. I Cherry picked one group for the photo, but the chrono data is what amazed me
Ave. 714
SD. 1.7
ES. 4.6
FPE. 11.7

Thinking I should go the other way, and see what happens.

Mine gets that same speed, but with JSB 7.87s. I think it's mostly due to my altitude. But also very consistent on the ES side of things, like yours.

Mines got a Maccari kit with one of his Hornet seals. Supposedly a full power kit, but it's 9ish fpe, and oh so smooth for a 9fpe springer.

I live at 5600 feet above sea level.

That's interesting. I'm slightly over 800 with 8.44s so it'll be interesting to check the 7.87. The air is dense as mud down here. Fascinating.
