I have heard good things about the goyojo with auto shut-off, that is $189. I have not personally used it, but some folks that I trust have been pleased with theirs. As for the Vanguard, I am glad to hear you are enjoying it. It is not semiautomatic, but that lever action is nearly as fast if one desires. I like to zero at 25, including my Vanguard, but that will depend on distance(s) you plan to shoot.
