Marauder Can’t wait to shoot my new prod

I received my 2 nd prod couple days ago before leaving town so I aired it up and taped the gauge to see if it’s going to leak. Once that passes I will be cleaning the barrel, putting the carbine stock and just shooting over the chronograph to find it’s sweet spot with none other than CPHP pellets. I have a set of BKL rings and a Hawke 4x AO Mildot scope waiting. I’m going to be installing an eBay cheek riser which is very well made and just having fun. I love light carbines because they don’t hurt my elbows walking with it.

The Prod is a great little carbine, very light, they are accurate, and rudimentary which is great. Keep us updated!

I think I’m going to shoot it as a pistol with a red dot for now.

I’ve had my PRod and Akela now for two years, they’ve never leaked even a little bit. Same goes for my AEA Element R. It’s never leaked either.

Well, I cleaned the barrel and have kept it in the pistol configuration with a Hawke red dot which is perfect. I’ve found the sweet spot to be about 2400 psi and 2 magazines which it achieves 629 fps which is good nuff. I won’t be touching a thing on it. I did install a Donny adapter for a 1/2x20 to quiet it some wow advil/ Tylenol just kicked in lol falling asleep darn foot pain.

Well i ran into an issue where the magazine didn’t fit. It was an easy fix , just loosen the barrel and fit a magazine and also loosen the shroud base threads and while magazine in tighten the grub screws . Problem solved.
It’s pretty consistent
