I bought a used Engage 4-16x to put on one of my airguns and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the scope. It has very good clarity and resolution. It is pretty impressive indeed.
The Deploy MOA reticle is very fine, but somehow it shows up pretty well in lower light. Now, when you get into really dark shaded areas it can be difficult, but not impossible to see, at least for me. The reticle has 1 moa small hash marks and 5 moa larger hash marks making holdover very easy. Actually I was worried it didn't have numbers on the hash marks, but it is pretty easy to read without them, I prefer it this way.
The scope is a long honker, at 14", it dwarfs my 4-14x Talos in length, but it's not bad at all, as it weighs over 4oz less than the Talos. Kind of long and slender.
Anyway, just wanted to pass along it was well worth the price. I bought mine used for $200 which is a steal in today's optics market.
