Extreme Field Target 10/1 Ohio HP Field target event

[wolfmangreg]

Happy to report attendance doubled from the first event! Sure, it was from 2 to 4... but it did double (quick, someone check my math). Mark & his son Keith joined match director Roger, & me. Humble beginnings, but it's gonna catch on .

Beautiful day for a match, sunny & 75-ish, not much wind.

Mark (@JoeWillie) has a Tenacious Cricket 2 Tac of his own, but she's still getting dolled up in the Lone Star state. He & Keith came armed, but I offered to let them shoot my C2T so he could get acquainted with the species & they accepted. @zx10wall, the C2T scored like Wilt Chamberlain in his prime today

Looks very low-key and relaxed, you might miss that when things pick up down the road.

Greg, Thank you for the generous loan of the Rifle and gear. Any targets missed today were most certainly not the guns fault, just an amazingly accurate and repeatable unit. A very low key and fun Shoot. Also a big Thank you to Roger for all his hard work setting up the course of fire.

Thanks @wolfmangreg . That club is less than 10 miles north of me. I've never shot FT but it looks like a lot of fun. I went there once for a BR match but it got rained out and I never got to shoot.

It’s similar to XFT with HP guns ( maybe 30 ft lbs min) and Targets to 100 yds. Very Low Keyed but the same Pucker Factor when your shooting (especially when you miss)!
