what 2 air guns will you normal pick for casual plinking?

I guess mostly the Seneca Eagle Claw lever action carbine .25. I love that thing but Airforce Escape SS .25 and the Escape UL .25 gets used just as much really. It's pretty much equal time on all 3 of them. I like to rotate them.

Others Training Clones: Worth It or Waste?

I think training should be with the real thing. Training guns most likely will not have the same trigger pull. Will not have the same recoil and probably won't have the same point of impact. So how does shooting something that only looks like what you have help. Only if it is shoot don't shoot...

My argument for .25s. They are my favorite. Buck the wind and hit hard.

Zan Projectiles Pellet Sizer Now Available For Pre-Order

I think it would be awesome for competition shooters but as most people are concerned with the price of pellets. Voiced by their reasoning for shooting the smallest calibers. I don't Invision many average shooters getting too excited about it. Street Price $249.99.

Down to 2̶ ok now 3 PCPs 😱

Yeah, none of this 10-shot test stuff. He will put a couple thousand rounds through it to season the barrel for you.

What would make me completely ditch air power?

OMG, don't get him started again. Mike, cover your eyes. Airforce, Airforce. ✊

    Bye bye .22

Try regular JSBs, you should be getting a 1/2 group at 30 yards all day long. I don't get very good groups with Hades myself; I don't care for them.

    Bye bye .22

Wow Jim the Condor with those 40 grain slugs would make way more FPE than those CCIs but the way the CCI breaks up is really cool.

    Bye bye .22

We all have different opinions based on our own personal experience and what we have researched. I say if it works for you, go with it and if it doesn't then move on to what does. Doesn't matter what works for the next guy who is not in your shoes and under different circumstances. I have had...

Others Ever since owning only AF guns

I thought they were ugly at first too but then it dawned on me. They are Star Wars blasters and then a peaceful calm came over me. May the Force be with you. :ROFLMAO:

Others Ever since owning only AF guns

And they are easy to refill in the field. At a range you can always connect it to a large tank but I myself like to relax and just take my time. I shoot my ten shots, fill the gun, check the target while the compressor is cooling off for a few minutes then rinse and repeat. I don't go through a...

Others Ever since owning only AF guns

Just the fact that they are using lower pressure is a help to me. Beter for the gun and the compressor both. Not to mention fewer seals. I got rid of all my guns that use more than 3600psi.

Others Air Force Sale Just Do It!!

The 18-inch barrels can make 90fpe in .25 except with the regular Talon with its weaker valve.

Others TalonP Carbine, Better Late than Never!

No sir the Escape SS is much more powerful than the Talon SS. The Escape SS is the same as a Talon P carbine but with a built-in moderator. The Talon SS is made for 20/25 low power shots. I believe they have different valves in the bottles and possibly different hammer weights and springs. At...

    Your "Grizzly Adams" airgun?

My Airforce Escape UL .25. It was designed and made to be a bug out rifle. They are basically a Talon P but with an 18-inch barrel like the Condor SS rather than the 12-inch barrel of the Talon P. It is very light, has plenty of power and can be hand pumped.

A Condor SS is in My Future.

The Condor SS is fine shooting as it is because it has an 18-inch barrel not the 24-inch barrel. But I like .25 best myself. It bucks the wind better and does have more energy as well as just being easier to handle. For me personally the couple dollars extra for good pellets is worth it. I have...

Buy an Airforce Condor new or used?

Well I had that setup but don't remember what the exact length of mine was but the gun lists as 38.75 inches and it has 6 inches of barrel sticking out. The Talon Tunes condor moderator is 14 inches long minus the 6-inch barrel that goes inside of it but they say it adds 7.5 inches to the gun...

Buy an Airforce Condor new or used?

The TT Condor can works great but it ends up being an extremely long gun like a musket.
