Try placing a dime in the cup bottom before loading the Co2 powerlett. Then place the cartridge in. That raises it up. This is/was common fix for this issue with the Crosman Co2's.

I have 2 WestHunters on 2 of my Bullpups. They both are excellent. Course, my max shooting here at home is 45ish yards, but they both will drill squirrel heads no problems. How far are you wanting to shoot? Sorry if I missed you sayin.

It is a great dot site. Heavy as all get out, but its got 3x full time, and the red doesn't make a blurry star at all when looking through it, and that definitely makes a huge difference.

For me, air gunning started at the age of 4 or maybe 5, for one reason, getting prepared for the hunt. Now at 60, its still the same, even though for.some reason in the last couple of years, since joining this group, I have developed a nagging desire to just sit, and punch paper for some reason.
