Well, I cleaned and lubed it up. The bore was kinda brown, but not rust. Cleaned with Hoppes #9, followed by Kroil. Then lubed with pelletgun oil. Still some trace of brown but I'll bet it is packing grease residue as I don't think it was ever shot. Pumped it up to 5 pumps for about 10 shots...

Well, I cleaned and lubed it up. It is leaking everywhere. Looks like I'll have to order a seal kit. There are a few on ebay, but not sure which one to buy.

I was gifted s couple pistols today. One is a Crosman MK II .177 cal. Looks in great shape and nice wood grips. It had an old Co2 cartridge in it. Not sure if it works or not, will find out tomorrow. This would go nice with my one in .22 cal.

So I was not happy from the get go with my new 2240. Everything was proper fit and finish and functioned fine. However it was very load and only 15 shots before the volocity dropped like a hot knife through butter. Accuracy was ok, nothing to brag about. So I decided to make it a .177 So far...

Thanks John 👍 I just got these from Amazon. They are awesome 😎 Installed an AT3 RD-50 Red Dot that I already had. That will work for now, but will probably replace it with a reflex. Thanks for all the help guys.

Just received a Tuxing 36" Fill Whip. It was rolled in a tight ball and is very stiff, is this normal. I ask because my line on my GX compressor is nice and flexible. Amazon picture shows it as WP 6000 psi and TP 17000 psi. Those hose shows TP 12000 Concern?

I have a grip frame from a Marauder pistol to install on my 2240. I know I need a Marauder hammer. Can I use a factory Marauder hammer or do I have to buy an aftermarket hammer?

If they would just make the tube a bit fatter. Like my Zelos, if they just increased the diameter .5"
