If you could have only one gun

Yo Mike what exactly would be the time span for that ONE gun period?

"Beware of a man that shoots one gun!" ~Ole Grandpa Adage
lol I don’t know I’ve never thought about it. Maybe until the next best thing comes out ? My original truck gun was a Benjamin .22 gas ram break barrel, then it was a Diana Bandit .177 now it’s the Notos although this week I’m going to keep the Avenge x in the van just in case im near the range. We will see what comes next but I can’t just be buying guns it gets out of hand.

I feel that I must add a note for those of us who are springer fans: I would definitely keep my Air Arms TX200 MKIII. 22 cal., with a walnut stock. As I now head out to the range, being there with my TX200 gives me a serene sense of peace. I would also miss my Dragonfly MK2, but my one and done gun is my TX200. Orv.
Is yours tuned down? My arm after a session needs a break. It’s very accurate so I won’t touch a thing on it

I understand the sore arm. After 3 hours on the range this afternoon, I'm plum tuckered. As the session went on, my accuracy went from less than 1" at 25 yards to more than inch at the afternoon went on. My TX200 is tuned with a Vortex kit to smoothe the action down and improve the accuracy. So yes, it's tuned down. I'm not interested in breaking the sound barrier. Can't complain, had fun. Orv.

It’s tiring no matter what. Mine shoots the .177 10.34 jsbs at 890 and just stacks them at 25 very impressed even in stock form.

My “One” gun would be my Daystate Wolverine R in .177. 19.5 ft-lbs shooting 10.34 JSBs. I enjoy shooting Hunter field target, 25m Benchrest, 50 ft indoor, and bench rest silhouette chicken little out to 70 yds. The 1/5th scale silhouettes don’t fall fast at 70 yds but they do fall. Shooting sparrows, starlings, rabbits and squirrels. I figure one gun should allow you to do the most of what you enjoy.

I think the Red Wolf .177 HP if the low setting is less than 20 ft-lbs and the HP setting around 30 ft-lb with 16.2 JSB and / or slugs might be more versatile, but more expensive and electronic. I see people fight/fuss with these from time to time.

I think the BRK Ghost .177 might be close as well for being a great one gun that is mechanical. I don’t have either.

Jumping in here.....if I had to keep one of the guns I already have it would be my tx200 in .177, all stock, becomes a workout after an hour but sooo worth it. If it was a gun I don't have it would be a BRK ghost with a .22 and. 30 barrels.

Also hokey smokes PasadenaMike you sure about that!? Mine flings the 8.4 jsbs at that exact speed and she's only got about 100 pellets through her! Will have to crony the 10.3 soon though... If the sun would cooperate.
