Greetings, I'm totally New to the sport of PCP Air Rifles. I don't own anything yet, just trying to learn as much as possible, but I am interested in long range (100 - 400 yard) target shooting and how to set-up an air rifle to be accurate. as of now. I plan on attending the Midwest Air gun Show in June. So, any assistance I can get from these forums will be appreciated.

Welcome! My advice is to read, a lot. You will quickly get a sense for personality types and what they like and don't like, and most importantly, why. Seek out the threads of the people that are doing what you want to do and read all their posts. Everyone goes through a learning curve and things will change your mind along the way. Go with it. Things have been changing a lot in the past decade and don't seem to be slowing down. You're going to have a blast!
 
Hello and welcome! I am sure you will enjoy the sport and the community. Follow the advise of @Pumacarl and you will find volumes of useful info here on the discipline you seek. Good luck and share when you do pick up that first choice. It probably will the the first of a few.

Welcome to our HAMlet, it's a great place for learning. You said new to pcp, but do you have anything I'm the other formats? (Springer, pumper, co2)

I just took my first shots over 50 yards a month ago, and I can say that it is addicting. But I'm happy as long as I'm sending lead/steel downrange.

No, Just Firearms long range to 1000 yards so far, but I'm intrigued by air-rifles and the setup needed to shoot long range

I'm still just as intrigued as I was when I first started. I just can't get over how far and how well these airguns shoot. I wasn't a slug guy at all at first, or even a pcp guy, I thought that they were stupid and that airguns just couldn't do it, and shouldn't do it. Lol. People do change.
