Having had a karma EQ for a couple months I have to admit I think the AEA regulators are slept on a little bit.The last few months I have been shooting the Texan .308, love that PCP. I also have a AEA Challenger 357 big bore that I have been neglecting. Since I have the 308 with night vision I went back to a day scope on the 357 and zeroed in, WOW I forgot how bad that trigger is! I have done some work on it before, took some of the lead off and polished it. Yesterday I did some work to the valve, polished stem & seat also took 1 coil off the return spring, opened transfer port from 0.450 to 0.470 and polished. Removed 1 of the 3 hammer spring pre-loads. What I'm trying to accomplish is more efficient air delivery = better velocity with less air pressure and better trigger. Here are some before numbers with a bad trigger. Was tethered
To be fair my reg was a bit rough but I put a little silicon oil and a few drops of ballistol in my fill hose and let it work it’s way through the gun and I get strings very similar to that in terms of spread and deviation. Maybe not quite as tight as yours cuz that’s outstanding wow.
What does the P-factor mean?
