Others What is Your Preferred Benjamin/Crosman Service Center?

Ever needed repair or service work on your Crosman/Benjamin airguns that you couldn't handle or did not have time to perform? Who did you go to that had great service and reasonable prices? Please tell us the name of the shop, airgunsmith, gun you had serviced, price range (or whether it was reasonable to you), time frame, and anything other pertinent information that may help another airgunner decide where to send their Crosman/Benjamin airguns for warranty or service work.

I've only had to utilize repair service once and I went with Airgun Revisions to repair my M357 Bulldog after I replaced the valve return spring backwards. He replaced the valve, valve body, and return spring for a reasonable price. Including shipping Rich at Airgun Revisions charged half of what an unauthorized Crosman service center was asking. If I'm not mistaken, I paid about $115 total for parts, labor, and shipping with shipping being the bulk of the cost. The repairs were performed in a timely fashion. I think the rifles was shipped, received, repaired, and returned within two weeks. The gun functions as it should and he sent my old parts back with the M357. It was packaged well and received with no damage. I was able to hunt with it and bag a deer with my new rifle. Airgun Revisions is located in Pennsylvania and is on my list of authorized repair shops that I use for Crosman/Benjamin airguns. I've also dealt with Velocity Outdoors (Crosman/s parent company at the time) and they were very quick to ship parts under and out of warranty.

So far I haven’t had to send any of my Benjamin’s / Crosman guns out. All been pretty good so far. But if I need to, I would send my guns to Airgun Revisions, have 2 custom guns from Rich, only makes sense to send them to their creator.

I’ll absolutely second Airgun Revisions. I honestly can’t think of anyone that I would send my Benjamin’s to. He doesn’t just service Benjamin’s however, there’s virtually no brand he can’t remedy or service, but the Benjis are his specialty, which is a shame, because they’re virtually bulletproof. Rich is an extremely smart and talented individual.
