I’m shooting my 50yd cards like I said I would, one at a time with no practice cards and I’m saving the last one until next week. So, I will throw one out at 100yds and try it. I need the practice, Elaine out shot me on the KYL at 100yds today. Until that happened, I was going to teach her about focusing the ocular/diopter for her eyes. She keeps saying she has to squint

What Airgun was she using and how long do you think before she has her own? My wife is very supportive of my hobby, up to the point of any involvement herself.

She was shooting the Panthera today. I told that we need to order her a rifle of her own. I was thinking of maybe a Panthera. She responded no, I’m happy with the Marauder. I’m like, no that’s your 50yd rifle.
It’s funny, I took her shooting for her first time in January 1987. We gad just returned to the States. I’d been stationed overseas for years and I wanted to shoot. We shot .22, 357 and .45. She enjoyed it, but never once wanted to shoot since. 4 years ago we were staying with my daughter while our house was being built. I broke out my Red Ryder with my grandson with his and her and my daughter had a blast shooting them. That Red Ryder got it rolling. The Pyramid Aur Cup set the hook.

I actually think it would be a good competition. Considering that at the 3 big U.S. 100yd events the shooters are putting most of their pellets in the 9 or 10 ring. The smaller target/scores would definitely make it interesting.

I think they are just slightly larger than a 9 ring
