Marauder Not as good as mt other .22 Air Rifles.

It is not as quiet as my Orgin. Nor as powerful as my Avenge X in .22. But it does hold POI very well. FPE by rifle Maurader 28, Orgin 32, Avenger 34. By sound level, Orgin, Maurader, Avenge X. I have had squirrels get away after shooting them in the head w/my Maurader. Because of this I do not like it as much.

On the surface, and if you never tinker with them, I could see your reasoning. If you ever started to tinker, and make use of the aftermarket parts, and the experience you gain, then your opinion will change fast. There is a reason that a lot of us still love the Marauder, and I own an American Air Arms Paradigm and I still love my (highly customized) Marauder. I am often critical of the company for never improving it, but I am never parting with mine.
