I love big bottles.
It’s more about shot count with high power airguns. While in competition and using aforementioned high power airguns, it is very distracting and sometimes untimely to have to refill your rig. When you’ve figured the wind and you are on a roll, you don’t want to have to...
Had Brian at Veradium Air fix up a .257 Bulldog for me. I can’t wait to get it scoped and tested after these family obligations calm. I did shoot a few slugs over the chronograph just to see where I’m at. 110gr are going 875 fps and 85gr are at 935 fps. Obviously, I don’t have a scope on it yet...
I'm working on a client's .22 Daystate Wolverine. He wants a better trigger. I'll change springs, add some lube and dial it in for a light & short first stage to a crisp second stage that breaks like ice! Overall pull weight will be 7 ounces.
I'm also setting up a Skout EVO for me : )
It’s not all that old but for me, I move airguns a lot. The one so far that I’d never sell is my .30 Kalibrgun Cricket 2 Tac. This one wears a custom Steve Corcoran walnut stock. It’s tuned to shoot Zan 56gr pellets at 885 fps. It’s a very accurate and powerful PCP.
Yes, I’ve polished a few. AoA has been good to swap barrels out as I gave up on a few. Keep in mind I’ve sold and tuned many! Of course, everyone wants to say ALL barrels are great. It’s nice that Daystate tests their barrels but at 10 yards, 20 yards, 50 yards? What distance and also what is...
Love and admire your work, Soren. I’ve replaced several BRK barrels under warranty due to subpar performance! This is the reason for my question concerning Daystate/BRK factory test distance.
Just setup for a client. He will be very happy. Love this WST stock option. I’ve lightened the spring return in the valve with custom spring, cut new Stainless Steel hammer spring, ported barrel’s transfer port a tad and set regulator at 155 bar. We are shooting Zan 56gr pellets in this one...
Actually my Ghost shipped with a 28” - .22 2B barrel (1:17.7) that shot slugs phenomenally well. I have other dedicated slug shooters and didn’t want another, so I moved that barrel and acquired a 28” - .22 6B (1:30) for pellet only shooting.
I believe that Daystate got it right on this compressor. I was able to use one during EBR @Pesty3782
It performed great for many fellow Team Centercut members. We put it to work for sure!
