Jim, none of their offerings are new guns, they're rebranded Snowpeak manufactured airguns, been around for years. All parts and expertise should be available here in the states. Stop defending people who aren't helping us. I'm speaking from negative experiences just days old that still haven't...

Let's agree to disagree on this one Papa. Missing or damaged parts should be in abundance here in the states especially considering these aren't "New" guns by any means, just rebranded Snowpeak manufactured airguns. Technical knowledge should also be readily available, not this "I gotta wait for...

Pinty needs to improve their customer service game. Big Time.

Well, I received my Pinty Striker on Monday afternoon. I wish they would have packed the factory box, in a shipping box like every other airgun company on the planet! Received it with damaged corners and the factory box was clear taped completely around all the box edge openings. Most of us save...

Great information! I'll contact him if and when I receive my Striker. Fingers crossed 🤞 Thanks Jim

You should contact him via his YouTube video and see if he has additional information. Perhaps he can answer your questions? Take note: He's always been very honest about his reviews and has been a reliable source of non-bias factual information for many years.

Well, they did ship the .22 Cal Pinty Striker instead of my requested, multiple times, .25 Cal Striker! USPS Tracking indicates the .22 is arriving today and I will refuse delivery so it's returned to Pinty. The correct .25 Cal should be here tomorrow or Saturday per USPS. Buying an airgun...

(949) 570-8736 and (949) 377-2292 are the only numbers I could find for Pinty customer service. If you know of any others please let me know. I have their customer service email, not that anything has helped establish a clear line of communication. Frustrating.

It's frustrating and depressing to deal with an overseas clerk who most likely doesn't even know anything about what they're selling. Yes, they provided an USPS Tracking number, looks like they ship out of Ontario CA, about 50 miles from my house. But my package hasn't moved in over a day. I'm...

I've been trying to contact and get a clear answer from Pinty customer service. I purchased a Pinty Thumper last week but received an email from their customer service saying they had only 1 Thumper left in the warehouse but unfortunately it was damaged. They offered a Pinty Striker in lieu of...

Crosman's built-in glaucoma test!

The Crosman 3622 comes with a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Maybe have Crosman fix it for you?

Sounds like a solid plan. You did everything you could to make it shoot correctly. I just picked up an excellent Reximex RPA from Airgun Depot .22 with laminated blue wood grips. I highly recommend it. Dead nuts accurate and beautiful too. Lots of info about it on YouTube.

Thank you, sir! I've rebuilt 6 more Crosman 150s since then. I love our hobby!

It appears the bottle failed at the nipple connection area. The video shows the narrowest area of the bottle had completely sheared away from the largest portion of the bottle. I'm glad no one was hurt, after hours event, but surprised this hasn't happened before. Are these bottle fed airguns...

RACKNLOAD just posted a YouTube video claiming a Daystate Ranger's PCP bottle exploded! The force from the explosion cracked, split the stock and bent the barrel. Claimed it happened at night, after hours at the shop he works for. He's not blaming Daystate for it, he's asking the community for...
