What size groups have you been seeing when shooting 100 yards or more? How does it do with slugs vs pellets? All things being equal, I would like to be able to consistently hit 1 to 1.5 MOA groups at 100-150 yards.

Yeah, if those were 100yd groups I would order a barrel, but my stock hp ghost will shoot near MOA or better 5 shot groups at 50yd (limiting factor being me). I suppose I will just keep my place in line at AOA for the sub-moa .22 barrel for now.

Yeah, I was surprised with how quiet my Ghost is without the silencer which I suspect is due to the shroud being a quasi silencer as it allows the air stripper to pull away a lot of the air and send it back through the shroud and out the holes at the end closest to the block. There doesn't look...

Yeah, I love my stock Ghost. But i just don't see enough added value to drop almost double the price for this, even if it shoots slugs. I would rather go the route I am on of buying a Sub-Moa slug barrel for my current Ghost or adding a Sonoran to my collection...

The barrel also looks like the 28" version with the slimmer shroud. Though that is obviously a guess...

My cynical 2 cents, it is marketing. You release it for the Sonoran and sell a LOT of ~$2k guns, then release a limited edition Ghost with it and sell more $2k (or more) guns, then get the barrel kits out there and sell a bunch of $500 barrel kits.

Idk, when I spoke with Derek, he indicated that sub-moa is ramping production of barrels for multiple platforms besides the Ghost, and that as they produce the barrels they are shipped out to multiple distributors (besides AOA) which would account for the scarcity. I hope that is the case and...
