Spring/Piston Beeman R7 - West Germany

My Beeman R7 in .177 from pre-unification Germany. It's in remarkable condition and shoots very well, highly accurate. The last photo shows how I dialed the scope in, also note the Zero Recoil scope mount. The R7 is easy to cock and the recoil is mild. Hopefully, this scope will survive multiple sessions.

I own many PCP airguns, but honestly, they're way too easy to shoot accurately. Break barrels test and challenge the shooter. My form of meditation.

Nothing, German workmanship is incredible. Those Beeman's are some of the best in my opinion. Thanks for the like, Mr. Nasty.

I have a R9 also, it's really impressive. Waiting for my Falcon 1 to arrive. Hopefully the Spaniards make a decent air rifle?

If my Slavia 630 ends up being a heap of scrap, the R7 would fit the bill perfectly. Very tame sweet shooting Rifle, Looking good!

These are wonderful little rifles and despite their low power, they will do more than you think. Try an Optisan CP scope. They are available in SFP or FFP and are very compact. That's not an Optisan on my rifle BTW, it's a Sightron S-Tac 4-16.

The double recoil shock is enough to damage a scope, hence the Zero Recoil scope mount. Why take unnecessary chances? Nibs from Walnut and Steel, YouTube Channel, recommended those scopes because of the excellent quality and good price. I bought 4 of them. No complaints so far. Check out his YouTube videos and educate yourself.

Thanks! When is the Slavia arriving?

Oh I've had it since I was about 15, open sights r impossible to get good so scope only. I have been trying to get is to 600-650fps as it was designed from factory...so far I have failed.
