Product Description: Coveted Allan Zasadney conversion of a Steyr Sport GMBH LP 2 10 m Olympic pistol to .22 cal for field use. 12 inch, FX SmoothTwist Superior X .22 barrel bushed and epoxy bedded into a rigid steel barrel sleeve. Shrouded by an AZ Rear Flow moderator with a glass bead finish. Custom walnut pistol grip. Chrome steel, 3300 PSI fill. reservoir converted from a hydraulic vessel with end cap. Standard QD nipple. The Steyr regulator is internally set at 130 BAR and mounted to the frame with an offset drop adaptor. AZ valve and porting work done. The LP 2 bolt system is braced by a unique AZ slide bar to work with the higher breech air flow and pressure. Custom scope mount. Leupold VX-31 6.5-20 x 40 EFR scope with a ballistic elevation dial for JSB 15.9 gr pellets out to 75 yards.
This pistol has a well-balanced shot cycle that is smooth and calm shooting the JSB 15.9 gr pellets at about 730 fps. For sale with scope, custom mount, custom elevation turret and forend rail/bipod ONLY. I will not split this harmonious package as all parts are tuned to the other parts making it most valuable as assembled.
