No, for registered members the maximum number of recipients of direct messages is limited to one.

"Your news feed" contains content from users you follow. "Latest activity" contains content from all users. It works as expected. It's back.

Another thing might be that you accidentally clicked on the BB code toggle button in the editor. Your editor buttons are greyed out so I assume this is it. Check here:

Strangely, I'm using iPhone 11 and it works normally with my main account and the test account: I have tested this in Safari and Firefox. I've also tried it on an Android tablet and it works. It might be browser caching. Maybe restarting the phone will fix it.
