Has anyone tried the JSB 34 grain Jumbo’s in their RAW .22? I picked up a used chassis a couple weeks ago but it’s too darn cold to shoot outside. I have a 10M indoor range in my shop to plink so I tried the 34’s on a whim and I was surprised how well they shot.

We started our winter indoor 50’ Benchrest matches today and we had a couple Avengers posting good scores. I’d just thought other owners or potential owners should know that they are capable of holding their own against rifles costing 5-10x more. BTW a perfect score is 300 / 30X.

Soooooo, Evol .30 shooters, have you found any advantage or disadvantage in accuracy of shooting your (PELLETS) straight from the tin or with some secret sauce applied?

I purchased a used Paradigm .30 and there is a tight spot in the barrel starting about 11-12” from the breech. Is this normal and perhaps where the choke is? After it gets by that then the barrel opens up again.
