I have the barrel clamp tensioner block but it seems you have to remove the reg knob to install it. Do I have to degas to remove/install? Does it come out easy or does it have thread locker?

My Ghost has always had very minimal clearance as seen below. I have put on a Omega(inocom)700cc and it touches at the end. I thinking of trying to replace the barrel o-ring in the frame with a 90 duro, this might make the barrel not droop as much? Does anyone know what size this o-ring...

I want to get a amazon Tuxing 700cc bottle for my Ghost and I guess I’ll have to buy the valve from AoA. I’m not sure how to install one on a bottle, how much torque, tools needed etc.
